How to install Tecracoin mobile wallet.

This piece of material can be viewed as a comprehensive guidance through the TCR mobile wallet.

1. Installation
1.1 Downloading of applications

You can find the wallet on AppStore and GooglePlay. Download the app and confirm all the terms and conditions.

1.2 Set up New Wallet by clicking “Add Wallet”, name it and set the password to encrypt your wallet. It is important to set the password to protect your TecraCoins. There is an option of adding the access by Touch ID. You can also create several wallets in application.

1.3 You might accidentally delete the app or lose access to your phone. Setting the backup phrase is essential for the safety of the wallet.
Click on the wallet, then “receive” button- the notification appears  advising you of  setting the backup. You can do the same by going in the settings section in your application, then go to the “Wallet” section and in the “Security” tab select the function “Backup”.

12 recovery words will appear and it is important to write them down and keep it offline. We don’t recommend you to take a screenshot or keep the phrase in the files of your device. In case of hacking your desktop or phone you risk losing your funds.  You must save twelve basic phrases when you register. With these words, you will never lose access to your private wallet. If you do not save these words, and you lose access to the  wallet, you won’t be able to use your wallet anymore.

1.4 Extended Private Key
Extended private key is generated by a seed phrase.
-First, go to settings, next choose your wallet.
-Secondly, in the advanced tab press “Extend Private Key”.
-Next you have to save the Extend Private Key by tapping in the “Copy to clipboard” button, you have to write this down and keep it online as well.
*Your TCR public address will change at any request, however your private key will always remain the same.

Now your wallet is ready to send or recieve the first coins.

2. Wallet recovering
In case of losing control over your phone, you have actually three options of recovering your wallet

Recovery by using the seed phrases.

In this matter, you have to know 12 phrases or carry them with you (sample of phrase you can find on the left side of the screenshot). If you have already set them up, you can proceed with wallet recovery.
-Open the downloaded apps and click “Import Wallet” as it is in step 1 on the screenshot.
-In the tab "recovery phrase", type down all the words by separating them with a space, it doesn't matter whether you use upper or lower case letters.
-In the third step, you should click ‘Import” to validate your seed phrases.
now your wallet is recovered  and imported on the new device.

2.2 If you don’t recall the seed phrase, there is an option of recovering the wallet via Extended Private Key.
Paste the key in the "recovery phrase" tab and click ‘Import” to validate your Extend Private Key.

2.3 There is also the option of exporting your address.
Go to the wallet settings and click “Export Wallet”. Then choose one option: “Copy to clipboard” or “Send by email”. In both options, you will get the same text. Set up and memorise a password. Save text and hide it.
This text can be used for recovering your wallet by pasting it in “file/text” tab.

3. Transactions: Sending and receiving

In order to send the coins you have to obtain the wallet adress of the reciver or simply scan the QR code. So the first thing you do is enter your TecraCoin wallet (once again we'd like to remind you that you must protect the wallet in all posible ways).

The receiver has to click the  TCR Wallet (once again, we’d like to remind you that you must protect the wallet in all possible ways).
There will be 3 options to choose on the bottom. Obviously, as a receiver you pick the “receive” button. There will be two options of receiving the transfer, you can manage this either by copying your TCR address (which is a public address) and sending it to your sender, or by showing the QR code.

The sender, after clicking the “Send” button, pastes the copied TCR address and puts it in the “recipient” tab or takes a scan of QR code. Then enter the amount of TCR you are willing to send, take fees into consideration as well.

A public key or Tecra wallet address is a long combination of letters and numbers that is difficult to remember. But thanks to the QR code, sending TCR to any wallet address will take only a few seconds. It’s a much more convenient way to send the cryptocurrency.

4. Add contacts
If you want to send your coins to the same users, add them to your contact list. Find the “Add Contact” section in your mobile wallet, then enter your username and add it to your permanent list. After that, this user will always be in your wallet in a visible place.
